Fishing

We caught sea robins....No one caught the flukes. yucky looking fishes. But J turned it into a delicious meal.
He cleaned out all the guts too....thanks for all the hard work and a servant's heart.Cut the Sea Robin into Filets

Jon's Recipe:
Dip the filet in egg /vinegar /cornstarch mixture.

Pan fried w/ Olive oil  until brown

Sause: Ginger/Green onion , Black fermented bean paste (from Chinese store), rice wine, agave. Stir the sauce in the hot pan w/olive oil until cooked.
Pour the sizzling sauce on top to the browned fish filets.

Garnish w/ Cilantro.
Squeeze some lemon juice~~
PS: there are some bones, but they are not too hard to pick out.
